F-1 students play a very important role in the University of Maryland community. The University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP) is the largest of the University of Maryland's eleven campuses and is home to approximately 2,700 F-1 students representing over 125 countries and over 100 majors & degree programs!
The diversity of this campus, along with the proximity to the Washington D.C. metro area, provides you with many opportunities to make your stay here in the U.S. a memorable and beneficial one.
