Your department will prepare and complete a Training/Internship Placement Plan (T/IPP Form DS-7002), for your internship experience. The department must obtain the requisite signatures, including yours, for the T/IPP. Once the form has all the required signatures, it will be forwarded to IES for processing and to produce the DS-2019.
