Complete Study Abroad Paperwork

If you have been accepted into a UM program, the Program Coordinator will send you all required paperwork and deadlines.

If you have been accepted into a non-UM program, you must meet with your Study Abroad Advisor to complete the following forms:

When you come in for your meeting, please bring a list of courses you plan to take while abroad. If you are on financial aid, you also need to bring a breakdown of the costs of your program.

After meeting with Study Abroad, you will need to obtain departmental and College signatures in order to complete your PSA.

All completed non-UM paperwork is due to the Study Abroad Office by December 11 (Spring and Winter programs) or May 13 (Summer, Fall and Full Year programs). Study Abroad cannot register you until all paperwork is received.
